CORNELIUS A. HARTZ,
Plaintiff,
v. CASE NO. 15-3068-SAC-DJW
DARREN CAMPBELL,
et al.,
Defendants.
O R D E R
On March 25, 2016, United States Magistrate Judge David J.
Waxse entered a Notice and Order to Show Cause (NOSC) to
plaintiff granting him twenty (20) days to show good cause, in
writing, to the undersigned Judge why this action should not be
dismissed for failure to state a claim. The court has reviewed
the findings and rulings of Judge Waxse together with the file
and agrees with the NOSC in its entirety. The time in which Mr.
Hartz was required to show good cause has expired, and he has
submitted nothing further in this case. Consequently, the court
dismisses this action for failure to state a claim for the
reasons stated in the NOSC.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED this action is dismissed and all
relief is denied.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
Dated this 22nd day of April, 2016, at Topeka, Kansas.
