B2B/B2C Platform Currency Project 

• Managed a team of 10 people in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development andimplementation of $500,000 infrastructure upgrade (Web, Application and Database servers and allrelated software and application) project in 6 months. The project used waterfall approach.

implementation of $100,000 project in 6 months. The project used waterfall approach. The projectimplemented ACH and Closed Loop functionality thereby improving backend processing for our corporate clients. It enabled them to transact with their suppliers effortlessly in the file format of their choice and settled using their preferred payment method.

• Worked with the user group to ensure initial business specifications were complete and accurate tothe business needs at the time. Also, negotiated with project stakeholders to determine most accurateand appropriate definition of project scope and deliverables.
