PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE SUMMRY I Associated with JKM THERMO client GEA COOLING TOWERS TECHNOLOGIES PVT. Ltd. At 225MW combined cycle gas based power plant as a Trinee engineer (From July 2012 to July 2013) Commissioning of 6.5mw power plant based on biomass. Heavy structural columns beam bracings, pipe rack fabrication fit-up, welding

inspection as per drawing. Pre-commissioning activities internal cleaning, box-up, bolt tightening, final

inspection. Heavy pressure vessels, heavy columns DPT, UT. RT inspection, preparing report

and documents Witness. Piping support jobs, Line modification works are done by the according to site

relevant.

Pipe lines are fabricated very effectively that as reducing erection joints as well as

easy to erect the pipelines.

WELDING KNOWLEDGE Closely monitor the welder performance and welding quality.

Maintain the Pre-Heating, Inter -pas and PWHT temperatures, and check the Pursing

gas pressure for Welding of highly precious materials

Conduct the tests for the welding joints that as DPT, MPT, RT, and UT.

SAFE WORK Observe the job as Man safety and equipment safety.

Reporting Near miss or Potential Safety hazard to Safety department.

Daily conduct TBM for work man and corresponding supervisors.

Check the PPE’s before starting the job, and to ensure safe work practices & safety of

persons within the area under control to prevent injury, ill health & accident.
