Muratec will exhibit for the first time derived from the main model the automatic winder “PROCESS CONER Ⅱ QPRO” and the arm traverse winder “PROCESS CONER Ⅱ FPRO” which have been shipped in large numbers, the “PROCESS CONER Ⅱ QPRO Plus” and “PROCESS CONER Ⅱ FPRO Plus” which have evolved even further and offer more functions since the introduction at ITMA 2011.We will introduce the QPRO Plus equipped with Plus items to realize higher productivity, higher quality and higher energy efficiency. The performance of the automatic winder that has evolved even further from QPRO can be

expected. As for FPRO Plus, magazine units (4 spindles) are mounted on the Link Coner type, and winding with various yarn types, yarn counts and package shapes will be demonstrated. As lots and work in process can be quickly changed by easy setting changes, the latest technology of the arm traverse winder that responds to high-mix low-volume production can be experienced.We offer a full lineup of automatic winders that can respond flexibly to a wide variety of customer requirements and situations, in accordance with floor layout and/or investment plan.

Automatic Winder

At ITMA 2015, high-speed winding of uniform and low-density packages which are superior in high-speed unwinding by step precision winding, and optimum traverse control and low tension will be demonstrated. Take a look at the stable run, flexibility, and high productivity with various yarns. In addition, packages wound by various functions of FPRO Plus including the 4-inch traverse, creeping, tapering, and edge correction will be displayed.

Since the debut of “VORTEX Ⅲ 870” at ITMA 2011 in Barcelona, its productivity, operability, quality and all other functions have been highly evaluated, and the accumulated delivery of 870 has almost reached at one thousands machines. VORTEX has obtained the evaluation especially in man-made cellulose market, and we, Muratec, have made efforts to expand the application in specifications and materials. At ITMA 2015, Muratec will demonstrate high speed

spinning of polyester 100%, which is difficult to be dealt in all spinning styles, with our own solution system. The features of VORTEX yarn such as pilling resistance and clear appearance are best suited for polyester or polyester rich products, especially for the recent “cotton-like” polyester trends. In addition, we will show the coarse count spinning Ne 10, to meet the increasing demand.

In our VORTEX sample corner, we will display samples of the latest fabrics and products making full use of VORTEX yarn’s features. This time, VORTEX samples will be exhibited at the dedicated booth at the Fiber & Yarn Sector of Hall8 as well as at our booth.Muratec invites you to see for yourself the high functionality and superior quality of VORTEX yarn, which has been recognized for its features by fiber manufacturers and apparel markets around the world.

“Muratec Smart Support (MSS)” is an integrated management system for Muratec customer support first proposed at ITMA 2011. Muratec will connect to our customers from around the world through the utilization of ICT that is our uniquely developed wireless network equipment added to operation data management systems, “Visual Manager+ (plus),” and “V-LABO+ (plus)” and the “Muratec Global Service” which is our extensive support network for customers thoroughly developed at our overseas bases. We will

continue to support stable operations of our machines while continuing to build closer communications with customers.At ITMA 2015, “MSS Web Applications” that assume the use of a tablet terminal for maintenance operation will be demonstrated. This enables maintenance staff with minimal experience to easily perform operation and to prevent operation loss or a lowering in quality. Muratec will propose more convenient and speedier maintenance support of machines through MSS.
