• A Polished Brass finish is available where listed in Waste, Brass Plug and Grate Products. • Polished Brass finish is an UNPROTECTED finish and WILL TARNISH with exposure to

the atmosphere. • Polished Brass finished product will not be accepted for credit return due to tarnish.

PLATED PRODUCT (Including Gold and Chrome):

• Please inspect the surface for damage prior to installation. • Installation of plated product with acetone silicones or cleaning the product with abrasive

cleaners will warrant the guarantee void. • When installed in an inaccessible position, the guarantee will only cover

replacement of the product only. Removal and re-installation are excluded from the warranty.

• Plated product should only be cleaned with mild soap and water or a damp, soft cloth. DO NOT use harsh or abrasive detergents or cleaners.

PRICELIST ILLUSTRATIONS The drawings included in this pricelist are an artist’s best representation of the relevant product at time of printing. These drawings are to be used as a guide for locating the correct product. Harbic Products reserves the right to alter product designs at any time without notice. DESIGNS Certain product designs shown in this pricelist are the subject of Registered Designs. PRICE: Prices quoted are one each (not pairs) unless otherwise specified. The prices quoted are based on current all inclusive manufacturing costs and are subject to variation without notice if such costs increase or decrease either before or after acceptance of any order. All orders are accepted for delivery on the condition that goods will be invoiced at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch.

DELIVERY:

Unless otherwise specified, all goods are quoted free in store within the appropriate capital city, metropolitan area, or to the appropriate mail or transport terminal. All goods dispatched per rail or customer's carrier are at customer's risk. Freight costs beyond rail or transport terminal are customer’s responsibility; no responsibility will be accepted for breakage, damage, or loss in transit.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY:

Any times quoted for deliveries are to be treated as estimates only and involving no contractual obligation. SURCHARGE:

A surcharge of $50.00 will apply to all orders of invoice value less than $200.00. This surcharge will not apply to back-orders if the original value exceeded the limit.

CLAIMS:

All goods shall be deemed to have been inspected by the buyer as being in accordance with the contract unless notification to the contrary is received in writing within ten (10) days from the date of invoice. Goods accepted as faulty will be credited at invoice value or replaced. No responsibility will be accepted for the cost of any repairs or alterations executed without previous consent in writing. No claim will be recognised unless invoice and / or delivery number is quoted.

LIABILITY:

Unless specifically agreed in writing, under no circumstances do we undertake liability for any loss or damage to persons or property of any nature or due to any cause or any amount as a result, direct or indirect of any defect, deficiency, or discrepancy in goods or materials sold or supplied by us in this respect, all conditions, warranties, and liabilities, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise not contained herein, are expressly negatived. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the goods are sufficient and suitable for this purpose.

SERVICE:

Harbic Products provide fully trained service staff under contract to ensure satisfaction. Where it eventuates that the problem to be serviced by our staff arises from an initial faulty installation or products of another brand, a service charge of $ 60.00 per hour, including traveling time, will apply.

CANCELLATION:

Orders cannot be cancelled except with our consent and upon terms that will indemnify us against all losses. Goods or materials ordered in error or in excess cannot be returned to us for credit or exchange except by special arrangements. Orders or balances of orders may be cancelled at our option in the event of any failure by the buyer to adhere to the terms of the contract.

RETURNS:

Standard goods will not be accepted for return unless with prior agreement. Original invoice numbers must be quoted. Goods and packaging must be in original condition, free from damage and blemishes. All goods returned will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the value of the goods. Goods classified as "M.T.O." (Made to order) and not listed in our standard price list are not returnable.

ALTERATIONS:

Harbic Products reserves the right to alter product or price without notice. POSSESSION:

All goods supplied shall remain Harbic Products property until paid in full but the buyer accepts the risk of loss or damage to the goods on delivery. Until paid in full for the goods the buyer shall hold them as bailee for Harbic Products and shall store them apart from any other goods, clearly identified as Harbic Products property. If the buyer defaults in paying for the goods the buyer authorises Harbic Products and it's authorised agents to enter on any property on which Harbic Products reasonably believes the goods to be located for the purpose of re-taking possession of those goods. This clause is for the sole benefit of HARBIC PRODUCTS which may at any time waive same and deem the goods sold and delivered to the buyer. Harbic Products may sue and recover from the buyer the price of the goods sold and delivered as a liquidated debt.

PAYMENT:

The price of the goods as specified in the invoice shall be paid within 30 days of the last day of the month on which the goods are dispatched to the buyer ("credit period"). Not withstanding any of the other provisions of the conditions of sale Harbic Products shall be entitled to sue the buyer for the price of the goods specified in this invoice as a liquidated debt at any time after delivery of the goods and expiry of the credit period.

JURISDICTION:

Any legal proceeding arising under these conditions of sale shall at HARBIC PRODUCTS option be instituted, heard and determined in a court of competent jurisdiction at Brisbane in the State of Queensland and such court shall possess territorial jurisdiction to hear and determine such proceedings.

The principle activity of Harbic Products is the manufacture of water control equipment for the domestic and commercial market. It is the policy of the management of Harbic Products to provide superior customer service through the manufacture of quality products combined with reliable delivery. Harbic Products employs staff with a high degree of experience and capability to ensure a high level of quality and workmanship is evident in the product. The Company attaches major importance to competition based on quality and a high degree of customer satisfaction ensuring repeat business. Objectives of the management of Harbic Products are to: a) Establish and maintain an effective and properly managed quality system. b) Provide objective evidence that the planned quality systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with management policies. The Quality Manual, and the systems referenced therein, describes how Harbic Products quality system is designed. The Quality System has the full support of the management and staff of Harbic Products. The adherence to the Quality System and the active participation in all quality related matters are a requirement of all personnel in the Company.
