Critical Attributes for “imperialism”:The “imperializing” country…1. has ambition/intent to use power
(political, economic) over another country2. is willing to use force3. benefits more than the other country4. has feelings of superiority

OF THESE to begin with.
For your scenario, underline any CRITICAL ATTRIBUTES (Handout 2, the four requirements) you see.
Then ask yourself… Does the scenario show ALL FOUR CRITICAL
