This year, the prom was taken to the next level, as it was a part of the Tim Tebow Foundation’s Night To Shine event. Held at Gwinnett Church, Night to Shine hosted 500 guests from local clubs, schools, programs and churches. Night to Shine centers on God’s love for people with special needs ages 16 and older. On one night, more than 200 host churches in 48 states and 8 countries hosted an amazing prom experience for over 30,000 guests. According to timtebowfoundation.org, Night to Shine is a night for the churches to shine, the volunteers to shine, God to shine and our honored guests to shine! Night to Shine was a free event where each guest received the red carpet treatment, from complimentary hair and makeup, shoe shining stations, corsages and boutonnieres, a paparazzi welcome and of course dancing the night away! The highlight of the night came when every one of the Night to Shine guests was crowned as a king or queen of the prom.
