Fabricated prototypes using EBM, SLS, FDM, SLA, polymer-based AM, and commercial 3D
printers
Implemented a new additive manufacturing method for rapid prototyping of conductive
patterns based on electrohydrodynamic inkjet printing, laser micromachining, and copper
deposition on flexible films
Characterized silver nano ink for micro-scale prototype and calibrated process variables,
improved resolution of metal-based inkjet printing to sub-2µm
Addressed power efficiency issue by laser ablation of micro channels filled with silver ink,
and increased conductivity of micropatterns by depositing copper on printed silver seeds
Designed prototypes of capacitance sensor, tested specifications for flexible electronics, and
improved quality and reliability of the fabrication technique
