Introduction Hanson Search is a leading search and selection consultancy that focuses exclusively on sourcing the best talent in communications in the UK, continental Europe and other key markets around the world.

Niche market placeWe believe on delivering on promise and hence don’t spread ourselves too thinly. Hanson Search will only work on assignments that fall into their niche areas of marketing communications.

• Search – Particularly effective for senior level appointments or where the required skill-set or type of experience is in short supply. Our research team maps the relevant market and identifies target individuals for approach and first interview. Throughout the assignment clients receive on-going feedback and progress reports

• Database search – We maintain an in-house database of over 10,000 candidates, covering all major sectors and skill-sets, which provides the start point for any search assignment

• Advertising – We advertise extensively in leading print and online media and can construct and implement bespoke campaigns to ensure access to the very widest pool of talent

• Networking – Hanson Search constantly works to ‘plug into’ the marketing communications network both in the UK and overseas through events, counselling, online platforms, thought leadership and the sponsorship of major awards such as those of the CIPR, PR Week, Communiqué and Public Affairs News.
