ansel D’Souza is an Adjunct Professor at the S P Jain School of Global Management, Singapore, Dubai, Mumbai. He has been a Visiting Professor at over 20 Management Colleges. While staying in close touch with the academic world, he has been a bridge between industry and academia as a Business Consultant. He has built over 35 brands across various product segments and categories. He is today a renowned marketing expert and is much sought after by the Food and Agriculture industry. H He began his career as a Management Trainee in the marketing function. After spending five long years in Sales & Marketing, the field of Advertising and Brand Communications lured him. As a Brand Communication Consultant, he has guided the fortunes of many a brand in the B2C and B2B segments. As a Marketing Consultant to the United States Soybean Export Council and the American Soybean Association, he spent 10 years travelling the length and breadth of India and other countries of Asia, guiding sales teams, exploring new markets and guiding companies in their quest for the Holy Grail. Over 50 companies have benefitted from his experience and he is revered as a marketing expert by the Poultry and Animal Feed Industry. He pioneered the trials of floating fish feed which resulted in the development of the market for the product in India. Today, more than half of Indian fish farmers use the product. Hansel D’Souza has presented papers, authored reports and delivered lectures in India and abroad. He is a much sought after keynote speaker and in the last year itself has addressed the Asia Nutrition Forum, Poultry India, International Conference, Hyderabad, Marketing of Veterinary Products, VIPWA, CLFMA Conference, Pune, IARBO Global Seminar on Edible Oils. He regularly conducts seminars, workshops and training programs for leading corporate organizations like TATA, Reliance, Adani, BPCL and many others both in India and across Asia. Many of his mentees today lead their organizations very successfully. Prof Hansel D’Souza holds a Masters Degree in Marketing Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Insitute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai, a Gold Medal in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Bombay College of Journalism and is a Certified MBTI Practitioner, Certified Instructional Designer and has been trained in NLP.
