7 February – 15 March Exhibition: Project Lydos by Louise CourtnellA series of 50 oil paintings depicting two generations of local people from the nearby twin fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. This visual representation of a close-knit community also includes a childhood photograph, a brief personal history and memories of village life during the war years for each subject. Louise is dedicating the exhibition to her teacher and mentor Robert Lenkiewicz. The Gallery. 10am – 5pm. Free.

Friday 13 March An Evening at Fawlty TowersJoin us for a night of comedy cabaret entertainment, as the staff from the most infamous hotel on the English Riviera take over the Bistro at Hannahs. In association with Moonstone Theatre Company, expect a unique and interactive comedy dining experience, perfect for fans of the TV show, but perhaps not hotel inspectors. Includes a three-course supper. The Bistro. 7pm for a 7.30pm start. £25 including food and entertainment.

Friday 20 March All’s Well That Ends Well The award-winning Countess Wear Community Theatre presents one of Shakespeare’s most beloved plays. This vibrant production takes us to the South East of France, Paris and Italy and tells of the rebelliousness of youth and the determination of love within a story of subterfuge and plot.The Great Hall 7pm for a 7.30pm performance. £8.50 adults/£6 under 16s.

Saturday 28 March Idomeneo: King of CreteRed Earth Opera present a semi-staged performance of Mozart’s Opera “Idomeneo: King of Crete” sung in English, with orchestra. Director: Jane Anderson-BrownThe Great Hall. 7pm for a 7.30pm start. £8 (£5 concs.)

Friday 27 MarchHannahs Comedy ClubTonight our headliner is dark and hilarious Canadian Bobby Mair, who has appeared on 8 Out of 10 Cats, Russell Howard’s Good News, Seann Walsh’s Late

Night Comedy and Sweat the Small Stuff. He’ll be joined by three other top acts for what is sure to be yet another sell-out. The Yellow Rooms. Bar open 7pm, entertainment from 8pm. Food available. £10.

28 March – 12 April Easter Egg Hunt Young eggsplorers won’t want to miss our eggciting annual Easter Egg Hunt. Pick up your quiz sheets from our gift shop, solve the hentertaining clues and win an Easter treat.10 am – 4pm daily. £2 per child. Buy sheets from Hannahs Gift Shop.

Friday Night SocialsEvery other Friday we host Friday Night Socials, a quieter alternative where guests play

board games, watch movies and take part in one of the famous quizzes.

“It’s a great opportunity to meet and make new friends, sort the world out, play games and enjoy one of Dean’s quizzes!”, “Dean’s quiz is great fun - it really doesn’t matter if you don’t

know the answers because the wrong ones just add to the laughs!”

The Friday Night Out is Hannahs flagship accessible and integrated club night, which

takes place on the third Friday of every month in the Yellow Rooms. Now heading into its third successful year, the party is open to absolutely

Get growing!Growing your own scrumptious organic veg doesn’t need to be complicated or require vast tracts of land. From 28th February we will be offering a series of three linked Saturday morning workshops introducing how to grow veg simply and organically. Join us here at Seale Hayne to pick up new skills and share any growing tips you may have come across yourself in this relaxed and beautiful environment. Build the confidence to get digging at home, meet new faces, and be part of growing a vibrant community-knowledge hub that will spill out into our local community.

These sessions will be hands on with some theory and are suitable for anyone who would like to give growing a go, including young enthusiasts. If these workshops prove popular we plan to have 3-week blocks throughout the year, each with a slightly different focus – watch the website!
