Clean Energy Liaisons

Jake is my primary colleague on this one We are working to have each Senate district

for the state represented by an invested, proactive citizen To meet with their representative semi-regularly To keep in consistent communication with them

about issues regarding state energy policyMy job will primarily be data entry; updating our

database and contact information Haven't had much to do yet, as we are in our

beginning stages still, setting everything up

Renewable Reports

Each month, RenewMO sends out a report to the entire state legislative body Detailing news updates and relevant

information regarding current energy policy Primary focus on MO, sometimes including

comparisons or relevant issues concerning our neighbors

Also, featuring visually interesting and informative graphics.

Sophisticated Supporter Growth

Going through all of our contacts on Salesforce What is Salesforce you ask?

A wonderful tool if you can harness its organizational potential We can sort all of our contacts by quality of info.

That'll come in handy when we need to send out state-wide emails, or snail-mails, or if we need to call anyone.

But wait, what if we can't email them, because we don't have their email? Or call them, etc.?

That’s why we have me!

My job is to improve our contact quality We have a neat system:

1 = Address only 2 = Phone only 3 = Email only 4 = Address & (your choice of phone or email) 5 = Phone & Email 6 = Address & Phone & Email

Inventory of contacts: check. All contacts sorted into reports based on

quality: check. I have now begun calling all #2s.

So that’s what I do here![*in addition to other various and assorted helpful tasks here & there]
