2015-2016 Academic Performance Contract Standard 1: MET On the average of all M-Step tests administered, the public school academy will meet or exceed the performance of its select peer district. A select peer district is the school district that Grand Valley State University identifies as a reasonable comparison district for the public school academy. Contract Standard 2: UNAVAILABLE On the average of all M-Step tests administered, the public school academy will meet or exceed the performance of its compositional peer district. The comparison scores for the compositional peer dis- trict are populated by the weighted total of M-Step scores from those districts in which the PSAs students physically reside. Contract Standard 3: MET The public school academy will not average more than one-half a standard deviation below GVSUs M-Step/Free-Reduced Lunch (FRL) regression model for all grades and subjects included in the model.
