1) Check counter weights

2) Confirm beam is properly secured to A-frames

3) Check cables for any unraveling or kinks

4) Check shackle for proper alignment

5) Check all lifelines for proper attachments & wear and tear

6) Check tie back locations and connections

7) Check motor shackle for alignment

8) Check toe boards

9) Check netting for any breaks & repair as needed

10) Check to make sure all wheels are chocked

11) Make sure safety override on motor works

12) Keep platform free from debris

13) Check all guard rails, making sure they are secure

14) Check all guard rail posts for proper connectivity

15) Check all end rails & install as needed

16) Check motor attachment to stirrup & safety pins

17) Check lifelines for proper length

18) Safety harness to be worn at all times while on rigs

19) Check motor operation
