While conducting the stop, Depu ties observed an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Upon further investigation a loaded Glock 9 mm pistol was located in the vehicle. The pistol was loaded with 13 rounds of ammunitio n and reported stolen out of the City of Watervliet. The pair were charge d with the following: Lorenzo Howard Knoregay Jr. 126 Walter St., Albany NY Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2 nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3 rd Degree (has prior arrest for CSCS 3 rd ) Criminal Possession Stolen Property 4 th Degree Drinking Alcohol on Highway Fail To Keep Right Speed in Zone Illegal Turn Signal Daquan Charles of Glenmont 288 River Road, Glenmont NY Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2 nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4 th Degree Criminal Possession of a Firearm Drinking Alcohol on Highway Both subjects were arraigned before Colonie Town Justice Peter Crummey and remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility without bail.
