Year 1 and 2 trip to Felixstowe

On Tuesday KS1 visited Felixstowe Beach. Although we were worried about the rain that morning, when we arrived we had glorious sunshine all day. The children and adults thoroughly enjoyed themselves and spent the day paddling in the sea and making various sandcastles and holes in the sand. For some children this was the first time that they had ever visited the beach and it was a truly magical visit watching them testing out the sea and sand for the first time. We had a special ice cream delivery at the end of the day which was a perfect way of cooling off. It felt like we had brought half of the beach back with us in our shoes, hair, etc but great fun was had by all. We are very much looking forward to our next trip to Bewilderwood.

Kingswood - An educational adventure to remember

An adventure to remember, a taste of independence, a rush of adrenaline, a breath of fresh air, a sense of achievement and making memories that last a lifetime. That's what our Year 5 and 6 pupils experienced last week. For more information visit our Twitter page. We are already getting ready for next year’s adventure!
