Overall marks should be awarded for : fluency (5 marks), grammar (5 marks), lexicon (5 marks) and overall general impression (5 marks), to have a total out of 20. Suggested questions Here are some suggested questions. Where possible, ask “follow-up” questions. In other words , try and make it as near a “chat” as possible. Try to avoid questions that require only a “Yes” or “No” answer. (When doing Sec 1, please avoid personal questions related to the pictures which you find in Sec 2/3.) SECTION 1: Personal questions
