Handbell Musicians of America Clipart Terms of Use

Use of Handbell Musicians of America clipart (hereafter referred to “the clipart”) implies your agreement to the following terms of use:

• You may use the clipart for illustration in newsletters, advertisements, programs, websites and other publications where such illustration is appropriate.

• You may use elements of the clipart to create new clipart illustrations (derivative works).

• You may not use the clipart in any work deemed obscene, offensive, or scandalous by Handbell Musicians of America.

• You may not use the clipart as an individual organization or company’s logo.

• You must be a member of Handbell Musicians of America to use the clipart and may not transfer usage rights to non-members without the express written consent of Handbell Musicians of America.

• Handbell Musicians of America reserves the right to request removal of the clipart from any publication it deems inappropriate to its mission and values.

Handbell Musicians of America is pleased to offer the following set of clipart for use in your newsletters, programs, websites, and other publications.

Each set of clipart is in a single ZIP file and includes the following folders:

• eps_files: For use in print documents. Should always be your first choice for the best quality printing.

• jpg_files: For use in software where EPS files are not compatible. Not as high quality as EPS files, but will work if needed. Can also be used on websites that use a white background

• web_ready_files: These PNG files are the best for use on web pages as they have a transparent background and will allow the background color of your web page to show through, unlike JPG files, which leave a white box around the image.

Handbell Musicians of America clipart is provided as a member benefit and may only be used by Guild members. Non-members, however, may download sets 3 and 6 with our compliments. Use of all clipart is subject to the following Terms of Use.
