Installation 1. Nehmen Sie die Sirene aus der Verpackung und bauen Sie sie zusammen (siehe Abb.). Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Drehkurbel frei drehen kann und dass sich mit dem kombinierten Dreh- und Haltegriff die Blende an der Seite der Sirene öffnen und schließen lässt. 2. Die Sirene ist an einem Ort aufzustellen, den die bedienende Person schnell erreichen kann, und zwar im Freien und nicht in der Nähe von Gebäuden und Bäumen oder, soweit möglich, erhöht (z.B. auf einem Flachdach). Check that the turning handle rotates freely, and that the twist-grip shutter control on the steadying handle opens and closes the shutter on the side of the siren body. 2. The siren should be sounded in a position which the operator can get to immediately, but in the open away from buildings and trees, or if possible above ground level (for example on a flat roof).
