Aucon Opportunies Hammers & Hope 30 th Anniversary Gala October 22, 2020 Quidnessett Country Club North Kingstown, RI In 2020, South County Habitat for Humanity will celebrate its 30th Anniversary. That’s 30 years of helping 100+ local families with their need for decent and affordable housing. That’s helping over 150 children with a place to call home. And along the way, that’s over 6,000 volunteers providing a helping hand to make all this possible. Unfortunately, now more than ever, the need for affordable housing connues to grow. Without the tremendous financial support of our local community, including individuals, organizaons, churches and businesses, what we do wouldn’t be possible. Join us as we celebrate 30 years of work in the community and please consider providing an aucon item for our Hammers & Hope 30 th Anniversary Gala to help with the next 30 years. Everyone deserves a decent place to call home! Why you should consider supporting our gala auction? Over 250 friends and supporters of South County Habitat for Humanity will come together to celebrate our 30 years of success at a fundraising event on Thursday, October 22 nd at Quidnessett Country Club. Attendees are expected to include a high-profile group of top philanthropists, business leaders, elected officials, and media representatives. The Gala will raise needed funds for Habitat for Humanity’s programs to build and repair hope, homes and community here in southern Rhode Island. The Hammers & Hope Gala is our one and only major fundraising event for the year. The venue overlooks beautiful Narragansett Bay and will feature the lively entertainment of regional fan favorite, Sugar. The silent auction part of the evening is expected create a lot of excitement. We would like to invite you to be a part of that auction and what we do. Please consider donating an item or service and help us change lives and build a better community where everyone has a safe, decent place to call home.
