Executive Headteacher interviews.
As you know Chris Dey’s headteacher appointment was only
temporary after David Jones leaving us. Therefore, we are
now recruiting for a permanent headteacher and are happy
to let you know that next week we are interviewing 3
potential candidates.
Once the Governors have
made their decision we will
be delighted to announce
who the new headteacher
will be.
Do you have any old carpet you would like to get
rid of that we can use in our garden area to keep
those weeds at bay?
Many thanks
Jayne Miners
Thank you to everyone
who came and helped
garden on Monday. The
school is already looking
much tidier.
School trip on Monday 21st May
Don’t forget that Monday is our whole school trip to
Rosemoor Gardens. Please ensure you are in school by
8.50am as we will be leaving promptly at 9.00am. If you
haven’t ordered a school packed lunch, please ensure you
child brings one with them along with a
water bottle. Thank you to everyone who brought
a bag of unwanted clothes into
school this week. You have helped
raise £108.00. Many thanks, Friends
of Halwill School. There will be a table top uniform sale on Monday 21st to be
held outside the school doors @ 3:30pm. There will be tables
set up for you to use if you would like to sell any unwanted
items of uniform.
