Halton Group sells Halton Clean Air Oy to the Swedish Dinair Group. Halton Group and the Swedish Dinair Group have signed a sales agreement of the entire shares of Halton Clean Air Oy to Dinair Group 01/27/2015. Halton Clean Air manufactures and supplies ventilation filters. The 2014 net sales of the company was approx. EUR 8 million. The company employs 40 people. Halton Clean Air has in Iitti, Kausala a new factory, launched in 2013, which will continue to operate. Halton Clean Air will continue the operation with the same organization and the same name. With this sale is built a strong Nordic filter supplier with a broad product range and customer service network. Halton Clean Air’s strategy is the same as Dinair’s and we are confident of Halton Clean Air Oy’s suitability to Dinair. Halton will continue to concentrate on very demanding customer segments, international business and their further development, including hospitals, laboratories and offices with high-quality indoor climate solutions. In these the focus is on total solutions instead of individual ventilation products."
