New York University and Community Board 2, Manhattan, present The 26th Annual CHILDREN'S HALLOWEEN PARADE Monday, October 31, 2016 from 3 pm - 6 pm Please note that the 2016 parade route will be different this year. Parents and children will gather at 3:00 pm at the northwest corner of Washington Square Park (at Washington Square North and Washington Square West). Free trick-or-treat bags, performances, games, and rides will await the children after the parade on West 3rd Street between LaGuardia Place and Mercer Street.
