The day begins with a full English breakfast, then why not take a revitalising walk into the local beauty spot of Robinswood Hill or spend your afternoon sampling our local wines and cheeses with tasting hints provided by our Hotel wine buff. 01452 525 653 to check availability prior to sending booking form.

2. A deposit of £10.00 per person is required as confirmation of your booking. Please complete and sign the booking form and send with the required deposit within 14 days of your provisional reservation. Deposits will not be refundable. (Please note one cheque or credit card transaction per party for both deposit and final payment).

3. Final payments for all parties are required no later than 1st November.

4. Any payments paid for cancellations are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks or entertainment for other members of the party.

5. All payments are non transferable/refundable. Please do not request as a refusal often offends.

6. For bookings made after the 1st November 2014 payment is required immediately and in full.

7. The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate, cancel or change the venue of Christmas parties in the event that minimum numbers are not met. Minimum number to run a party is 50.

8. Should you wish to arrange a bar tab for your group, prior arrangement with the hotel is essential.

9. For Christmas and New Year Residential Packages, £50.00 per person deposit required at time of booking, remaining balance due by the 1st December 2014. You will forfeit your deposit if cancelling.
