PROJECT CORE VALUES
Located in the village of Rame Cross on the A394 road. It is the only pub left in the village. The site has been run mainly as a pub and restaurant but does have a small caravan and motorhome park to the rear complete with electric hook up.The pub has recently been closed and is in need an overhaul to get it fit for purpose and also a pub that the village will support and use alongside the seasonal customers. The building is tired and the presentation from the outside is poor which is a let down when there is a huge amount of passing trade to be drawn in. It has been noted that previously there were a number of elderly clients and there is a need for an accessible toilet going forward. Also there is a requirement to improve and utilize the gardens to the rear, forming a welcoming family friendly space that suits both drinkers and diners alike
