HAIR & BEAUTY GUIDE is a monthly direct mail marketing platform for local hairstylist to advertise their salon services with pictures, contact info, and/or coupon discount deals to a targeted potential clientele. Advertising with Hair & Beauty Guide directory maga-zine will help the stylist with a direct mail marketing strategy to attract more customers and to increase

income. A directory magazine of 5,000 copies will be designed, printed and distributed door-to-door within a chosen local demographic area of your choice. In addition to designing, publishing, and distributing the directory magazine I am o�ering a photography service for those stylists who need profes- sional pictures to showcase featured hairstyles in your ad.

Submission deadline is on the 15th of each month. HBG directorymagazine will be distributed door-to door in a clear plastic hanging bag on residents door knob. Payment plans are available and can be processed electronically online. Down payments hold your ad spot is due at signing of contract and must be paid in full by the deadline.

Advertising Contract

Please read completely, selection and payment of plan indicates you have read, agree and understand our terms.This contract is between (paid advertiser): and HAIR & BEAUTY GUIDE DIRECTORY

MAGAZINE, llc. (herein after referred to as MCHS).

Terms of Contract:

1. Web site: HBG allocates a website page on www.hairbeautyguide.com to Advertiser. Advertis-

er will receive space for video, two pictures, coupon, write-up, public comment, directional

�nder. Advertiser may have a link directing tra�c-�ow from this page to Advertisers business

website. Advertiser will be listed under up to �ve headers. HBG retains �nal editorial control of

text, pictures, video, art work.

2. Print Advertising: HBG agrees to place paid advertiser's ad in HAIR & BEAUTY GUIDE

DIRECTORY MAGAZINE for a fee of: and is set to expire on the last day of publication

month of issue per contract.

Other Advertising: HBG will provide telemaketing via text messaging and by phone, video

advertising via social sharing sites, outside billboard/kiosk at local non competing businesses

and retaurants to promote paid advertiser services.

3. Marketing: HBG willl design, print and distribute a print and video advertisment to be

published in HAIR & BEAUTY GUIDE Directory Magazine and other marketing platforms a�iliat-

ed with HBG.

4. Permission to Advertise on your behalf: Advertiser gives permission for HBG to represent

Advertiser in any printed, audio or any other advertising media HBG wishes to utilize. Advertiser

agrees that its name, image, location information, products, and services maybe used in any

manner that HBG see as a �t and appropriate means of advertising.

6. Misprints and Errors: HBG will post/say the following, or similar, on its web site www.hair-

beautyguide.com and directory magazine: “We endeavor to provide accurate information

nevertheless, errors and misprints may occur. Our advertisers are not obligated to sell products

or services based on errors or misprints on our website, magazine advertising, outdoor advertis-

ing and or other advertising means.”

5. Indemni�cation for Liability: Advertiser assumes liability for all text content and assumes

responsibility for any claims arising there from made against HBG. Advertiser is solely responsible

for any legal liability arising out advertisement, and/or any material to which users can link

through the advertisement. Advertiser holds the necessary rights and permits for advertisement

and link. Advertiser claims advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or rights of any third

parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any

copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary property right, false

advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of

any anti discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. Advertiser

agrees to indemnify HBG, its employees or representatives and to hold them harmless from any

and all liabilities, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and

expenses that may be incurred by HBG arising out of or related to the Advertiser's breach of any

of the foregoing representations and warranties.

6. Limitation on Damages: In no event will HBG be liable to Advertiser for any special, inciden-

tal, or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence),

or otherwise, and whether or not HBG has been advised of such damage.

7. Term & Assignment: This contract is for the initial period Advertiser accepted and paid for.

Contract will not automatically renew, for the same period of time. After each completed

contract period, advertiser may extend this contract, in writing, within the �rst 30 days. All terms

and conditions of this contract will stay in e�ect. Initial period begins on the 15th of each month

and will extend until the 15th of following month not to exceed 31 days in a calendar month

unless otherwise stated. Advertiser may not assign this agreement, in whole or in part, without

HBG written consent.

8. Payment Terms: Payment on all advertising products/services is due per written

schedule. Payment may be made by check (checks must be in U.S. funds and drawn on a U. S.

bank) or Credit Card or US Postal money order. All payments will be made to HBG LLC.

If payment is not received, advertising is discontinued until account is brought current. Any

time lost from website advertising or directory magazine as a “Featured Business’ or

promotional spots, due to nonpayment is the sole responsibility of Advertiser and will not

extend contract nor will time lost from services be replaced by HBG. Invoices outstanding 15

days after due date are subject to a $10.00 late fee, invoices outstanding after 30 days are

subject to an additional $10.00 late fee. Should HBG need to retain the services of an

attorney for collection of past due fees, Advertiser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney,

court and collection costs. Once late fees are incurred, these fees are added to and become

part of Payments Due.

9. Entire Agreement: This agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between the

parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding and replacing any and all

prior agreements, communications, and understandings (both written and oral). After initial

6 month period HBG reserves the right to modity terms and prices in this contract. It is

Advertisers responsiblity to read contract every thirty days. The terms and conditions of this

Agreement will prevail over any contrary or inconsistent terms in any other contract. This

Agreement may only be modi�ed, or any rights under it waived, by a written document

executed by both parties. This contract is considered fully executed and binding when

Advertiser and duly authorized agent for HBG have signed below. This agreement will be

governed by and is construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.
