Motorized Z-Axis Units from this series are fabricated from high-grade anodized aluminum and stainless steel to provide high speedlinear positioning of various autofocus and/or laser process headdesigns. A high torque DC servo motor, belt drive, and precision ballscrew provide trouble free operation. The linear stage is guided via(4) miniature recirculating ball trucks. Stage over-travel limits aresensed by non-contact proximity sensors.

The SSDP-25 Safety Shutters are fail-safe shutters designed to handle up to500W. Gold plated, liquid-cooled reflecting shutter blade design.
The blade is designed for fail-safe operation and is closed with the power is off.When the shutter is closed, the laser beam is reflected off of the shutter blade intothe water-cooled beam dump. The replaceable beam dump surface can beordered in several styles. The diode pointer option utilizes a 650nm diode laserwith 1/4"-80 pitch adjustment screws. An independent, isolated mirror injects thediode pointing laser into the beam path when the shutter is closed.

CAM-1000 Series Features:
The CAM-1000 CCD Camera System permits coaxial viewing of thefocal position through the high-power laser optics for set-up andprocess monitoring. The CAM-1000 system can be used inconjunction with a beam splitter module (BSK) for real-time processmonitoring. It can also be used in high-power applications with aBeam Switching Unit. (BSU)
The CAM-1000 System is a modular design which can be configuredin many ways. Typical systems include zoom optics, wavelengthcompensator optics, X-Y and Tip/Tilt adjustments and KG3 filter.Unit features a standard C-Mount for camera. Magnifications canrange from 2X-160X. Magnification is dependant on wavelength,focus lens focal length and distance placed from focus lens.

Alignment targets aid in the centering of the laser beam relative to the mechanical center of beam deliverycomponents. The 25mm clear aperture series has two standard targets designed to satisfy most alignment needs.
