a thorough, detailed analysis is the first step of

our approach. We conduct concise research of

the market, the firm’s market position, corporate

standing and company performance. the time

and manpower expenditure for this will be kept

to a minimum compatible with the necessity for

a comprehensive understanding. the analysis is

free for you, if we agree on a contract. otherwi-

se you pay only our expenditure.

on conclusion of a contract we select from our

pool of managers the team which will cover all

the key management functions of your enter-

prise. the contractor is the haag management

group, which assigns the management team to

you, the client. the time taken for the assign-

ment is agreed with you; however, this should

be no less than three years. During this period

there are clear provisions between you and the

haag management group with regards to the

authority of the management team. these con-

cern the scope of action and decision making of

the management team, with particular regard to

the use of financial resources.

How much will it cost you?

We are guided by your business success: the

management team works exclusively on a

success-oriented basis and you will decide how

much this is worth. We want remuneration only

if we are successful. We will agree with you

the key performance indicators on which the

resulting remuneration is to be based (for

example a percentage of the operational pro-

fits during the contract period or a portion

of the increase in corporate value over the

duration of the contract).

During the contract period the haag manage-

ment group receives monthly progress pay-

ments to cover its running costs. these are

taken into account later on in the total compen-

sation. if the calculated total compensation is

smaller than the sum of the progress payments,

the difference is returned by the haag manage-

ment group.
