    Register Final Rule - 66 FR 6137, January 19, 2001: Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP);

    Procedures for the Safe and Sanitary Processing and Importing of Juice and in with the recommendations set for in:

    Guidance for Industry: Guidance on Bulk Transport of Juice Concentrates and Certain Shelf-Stable Juices; Final

    Guidance, April 24, 2003.

    Liquid bulk food-grade tanker service demands the highest of standards and Oakley Transport, Incs meets or exceeds the requirements set forth in the U.S. Food and Drug Administrations Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP) procedures. These requirements include but are not limited to:

    The proper washing of bulk tankers prior to loading.

    The complete inspection of tankers used for bulk liquid food storage and transit.

    The record keeping requirements of tank washes, facility inspections and prior loads.

    Seal integrity of the tanker at all points of access.

    Initial and in-depth security training for employees that are responsible for handling of liquid bulk, food-grade tankers, their paperwork and seals.

    Trained employees must positively indentify proper HAACP procedures and demonstrate knowledge of an event that does not meet HAACP protocols or standards.

    The plan will be reviewed, revised and amended when circumstances merit the change to the safe transportation and incidental storage of liquid bulk, food-grade tankers.
