pyrolysis plant general flow path
• Firstly ,put the raw material into pyrolysis reactor, seal the feed inlet system.
• secondly,burn the fuel material(coal,wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the combustion system .the reactor will slowly heat ,when the temperature reach around 250 degree Celsius,it will produce oil gas .
• Third, the oil gas will first go to the 2gas sub-package then get some residul oil, after that the oil gas will go to the 3catalgst tower to eliminate some harmful substances and dust.
• fourth, oil gas go to first cooling system (4 condenser)to cool the gas oil into liquid oil and then first get the heavy oil in the 10 heavy oil tank. after that the liquid oil will go on to next 5 spray condenser to get light oil and middle oil .
• the gas which can not liquid under normal pressure ,which will be redesign to back to combustion system to instead the fuel material to burn the reactor which can save energy very much .
• after finishing oil produce ,the temperature of reactor will go down ,in the same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
• Lastly,when the temperature fall to 100 degree Celsius,worker could open the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire, then can start another batch working.

Steel plate of 2 sides of reactor:

with reactor body, but keep an
interval between them. Reactor
will change shape while heating
because of expansion and
contraction principle, so the
interval will prevent heat transport.
Even if reactor body expand while
heating, it will not change shape easily.
Roller:
• a. There is bulge in middle of roller,
• prevent reactor move while heating,
• because of expansion and contraction
• principle.
• b. Roller touch with thicken steel,
• but not reactor body, so it will not
• make reactor change shape.
• c. Roller can reduce friction force
• with thicken steel, make it longer
• life and better working effect.

• To prevent big piece and un-fully pyrolysised raw materials come back for pyrolysis again. Making full use of raw materials and increase oil output.

• Keep good insulation effect with rock wools

• Since expansion and contraction principle, reactor will expand a little while
heating. Moving-static sealing device will keep good sealing effect, and the
connected pipe will not be bent even if reactor expand. It is an very important
safety device.
