There is an experienced sheltered housing officer who is available tooffer advice and give assistance whenever necessary, Monday toFriday. An emergency warden responds to calls outside regularoffice hours.

The sheltered housing officer generally looks after residents’ well-being, manages the scheme and arranges any services such as mealson wheels or home care.

But most of all, sheltered housing officers provide a friendly andreassuring presence.
