If you don’t feel the matter has been resolved to your satisfaction, Bus Users UK is an independent organisation that represents bus passengers and may be able to help. They will take things further for you . If they can’t resolve it, they are partners in the Bus Appeals Body who will issue a decision about your difficulty.
