Solutions:• Expose yourself to conflicting opinions with an open mind• Read books! One cannot be threatened by a book • Recognize the validity of conflicting opinions, cultures or lifestyles• Take the Myers Briggs Test: A system of personality tests that can be a useful tool for identifying unhealthy personality traits such as rigid thinking. It helps the individual gain insight into strengths and weaknesses. Through awareness, he can move toward healthier ways of thinking and interacting with others.
"I force myself to contradict myself in order to avoid conforming to my own taste."
