Ab Attack: A 20min. toning & strengthening class focusing on the abs & back.Astanga Yoga: This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat & a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles & organs. The result is improved circulation, a light & strong body, & a calm mind.Awesome Intervals: A power body workout! Quick changes from cardio to weights to get your heart rate to the max, burn calories, & keep burning for hours after.Boot Camp: Basic military drills,
movements & callisthenic drills. Class offers challenging options for those seeking a hard-core, strength-conditioning workout. Very little to no chorography is used in this class.Cardioball: By using the stability ball, your core muscles are always engaged & you’re guaranteed a FUN workout. Build your energy with some cardio & resistance moves then finish with a relaxing stretch on the ball.Cardio Kickbox: This 50min. class is taught at the beginner and intermediate level. Intervals of cardio & muscle conditioning drills to firm you up & slim you down. Each class features easy-to-follow boxing inspired drills alternating
with cardio intervals. Easily modified to suit your fitness level, all levels are welcome. Cycle: group class using specifically designed stationary bikes.Get Drenched: If you are looking to get your sweat on & burn some mega calories, this is the class for you! Get Drenched is a high intensity cardio workout developed by Body Theory in Los Angeles. It mixes elements from aerobics, tae bo, kickbox & bodyweight exercises all designed to help you trim the fat & strengthen your core.Gun Show: This 20min. class will tone your arms so your friends ask “where’s the gun show?”
Lunch Express: This 30min. class is aimed at our members who want an exciting, quick workout over the lunch hour. This class will use a variety of equipment to make every minute count.Pilates: an innovative system of mind-body exercise that teaches body awareness, good posture & easy, graceful movement.Power lunch: This lunch time circuit class will challenge your body’s cardio & strength ability. Warning this class is not for beginners.Rock Bottom: This rock-solid leg & glute drills will cause you to make this 20min. class a regular! This class is a perfect complement to any workout
schedule.Sculpt & Sweat: This body Sculpting class will strengthen, tone & target all muscle groups. Front planks, leg raises & pushups, to working your abdominals & lower body core, you will chisel your body & develop, long & lean strong muscles. This class uses weight, bands, balls & body resistance.Skip and Sculpt: Skip, Lift, Skip, Lift! This is an interval-based class designed to get the heart rate up & keep it there. Intervals of skipping will be coupled by intervals of strength training.Spin Yoga: Put the pedal to the metal with this hour-long cycle class followed by 30min. of Yoga Stretch.
Step Beginner: basic step choreography; physically challenging, but combinations are straightforward & easy to follow; brief instruction at the beginning of each class.Step Intermediate: more complex choreography comprised of Step pattern combinations.Step Advanced: An intense workout with complex choreography & patterns--no basic instructional components; should be proficient with Step Intermediate choreographyStep X: Basic to intermediate step moves in a 30min. class.Step n Kick: Moderate to high intensity. Join us to shape & tone your muscles today.Triple Threat: This longer class is the group fitness junkie that is looking for a new challenge. This class incorporates 40min of Cardio, followed by 20min of Kickbox, and finishing up with 20min of muscles conditioning.
Yoga Stretch: Experience traditional static stretching as well as Yoga-influenced stretches & poses. This 50min. class will help maintain a balanced musculature and improve flexibility.Zumba: The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms & easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Zumba® The routines feature interval-training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.
