Mise- en scene- the opening sequence includes a flash of light. As if it is like lightening, with a dark strange looking liquid and objects moving and falling around. There is no lighting it’s all dark except the dark objects being shown.

The camerawork in the opening sequence has both short shot duration and long shot duration suggesting to the audience that there unexpected events to come. The fast movements of the objects and people suggest this is how the characters and events are to happen in the film.
