Children’s Ministry “MY VERY OWN BOOK!” DECEMBER 4 Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to allow your child to participate in an awesome giving experience this Christmas Season! Our FPC children will give all students at Hollis Academy their “very own books” to take home for Christmas. On Sunday morning, December 4, our children can buy one or more books with their own money for $1 each, and wrap the book(s) with their families. Donations will be accepted. ANGEL TREE GIFTS FOR HOLLIS CHILDREN The Children’s Ministry Angel Tree will be in the Loggia on Sunday, November, 27. The angels represent children and siblings from Hollis Academy. Please select an angel from the tree, purchase and wrap the gifts for the child, and return the gifts to the church no later than December 13. Questions? Educational Ministries, Tim Leslie CONFIRMATION CLASS FOR GRADES 6 - 8 Beginning January 4 during Wednesday Advantage (5:30–6:15pm), students in grades 6-8 are encouraged to attend Confirmation Class in order to confirm their baptism. This class helps the student to consider the claims of Christ Jesus and the Christian Church, the truths of the Gospel, and the call to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. The class will conclude on March 21 and students may come before the Session as early as Sunday, March 25, to join as active members of FPC.
