Children’s Book Club
Join Miss Kelly for a monthly book club. Read this
month’s selection then return to the library on the
third Friday for a lively discussion and fun activities
centered around the book. This is limited to 15
children in grades 3-6, so please call 717-632-5183

YCL is switching from Overdrive to Axis 360. Hoopla will not be affected. The YCL Collections Team loves the new service and believes it will program more digital content for our patrons.

This program, led by John Maietta, will chart the dramatic history of the canal-building effort, spotlight the colorful characters who led it, and bring listeners right up to the present day. The history of the canal is ongoing: the recent completion of a new set of locks guarantees another century of service from "The Big Dig."

Jim & Suzanne Gindlesperger will be giving a presentation adapted from their award-winning books, So You Think You Know Gettysburg? The program will explore human interest stories associated with sites and monuments in Gettysburg. Some are heroic, some sad, some humorous — but all are interesting.
