Populace Class Changes There are ALWAYS changes to A&S classes and activities after the booklet goes to print, so BE SURE to check for changes DAILY on signboards, at Information Point (5-points), Class Info Point (at Artisan’s Row) and/or at any specific class/Activity area. Class Limits There are no sign up sheets for classes. For classes with limits, in general, the first students to arrive will get a seat. In some tents/areas, a lottery system may be used to determine who may participate hands-on (trial process this year).
Please be chivalrous in either process for classes with limits.
Class Credit Individuals are responsible for tracking their own class participation at war. You may use the form at the back of the class booklet for this purpose – consult your kingdom for class credit requirements.
FOR THE GULF WARS SCHOLAR CHALLENGE – MAKE SURE TO GET INSTRUCTOR INTIALS
• Standard Scholar Challenge – 8 class total OR 6 Classes in a topic, GW class area, or in each of 6 areas • GW 25-Year Scholar/Lector Challenge: Take and/or Teach 25 HOURS of classes at war.

Instructors PLEASE CHECK IN! Please be sure to check in when you arrive on site with the areas for which you signed up to teach. This will re-assure the class/area coordinator and give you an opportunity to obtain any last minute information.
Volunteer Hours
Teaching counts as volunteer hours for the war. AFTER EACH CLASS - be sure that your hours are recorded on the teaching roster for the class area in which you taught. These hours will be turned in FOR you at Volunteer Point, which is located at GW 5 points. How teaching hours count:
• Sun - 3pm Friday can be used for War Point tickets (turn in tickets by 6pm). • Sun - noon Sat can be used for Raffle (turn in tickets by 1pm). • Sun – Sat will count for war profits.
Getting Help with CLasses Come to Class Info Point any time between 8-5pm M-F, 8-1 on Sat. (in Artisan’s Row, downtown near Bede Hall).
