Performance Profile Guidelines Here is a quick over view of how to use the performance profile. 1. Rank where you stand in each area of the game in the ‘Player Rank’ column. 2. In the ‘Players Perceived Importance’ rank the skill being assessed in how in important it is to you performing well. 3. This is where it gets a little different, in the third column you have to do a little math. Take the number you have in the ’Player Rank’ column and minus it from 10, then take the new number and multiply it by the number you have in the ‘Players Perceived Importance’ box. The higher the number in this column the more attention required. 4. Finally now all you have to do is rank the areas that require priority in training. You can see in the table below the player needs most focus put towards holing out and wedge play, short game and driving would be next on the list for priority in training.
