University Representative/Academic Coordinator. In hardcopy

and softcopy type. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO SUBMIT ACADEMIC WORK

INDIVIDUALLY.

Each AMSA University which has submitted their academic works in

softcopy and hardcopy type should report to IMSTC Committe for confirming. Text

message to our Committe RETNO ELZA (085287729898 / 766D4E19).

that will be submitted.

Note : for every participant that submitting the hard copy overdue deadline will be

SCIENTIFIC PAPER GUIDLINES

THEME:

Indonesian common traveller disease

TARGET AUDIENCE:

29 Members of AMSA-Indonesia

OBJECTIVES:

1.To explain the current situation about common traveller disease in Indonesia

2.To understand how important to prevent common traveller disease in Indonesia

3.To identify the problem(s) of common traveller disease in Indonesia and how to solve it

4.To explain new method or role of technology in traveller disease treatment and

preventive

CONTENT:

● Indicate the common traveller disease in Indonesia and how to prevent or how the

treatment

● As medical students and future doctors, suggest what you can do to detect some

traveller disease, how to prevent the disease and how to deal with the disease.

Think about this matter not only from the viewpoint of a

member of the comprehensive supporting system, but from the standpoint of a future

doctor or a member of other medical support teams.

Guidelines for abstract submission:

3. Word Limit – 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations)

Illustrations should be saved in JPEG or TIFF files

Tables should be presented in rows and columns format.

Compression must be set to maximum quality to prevent pixelated appearance

Ten

(10) minutes will be allotted for the presentation

o There will be a warning bell at the end of 8 minutes and 10 minutes.

o Exceeding time limit would amount to negative marking.

Maximum number of 2 questions would be allowed from the judges and 2 questions would

be allowed from audients after each presentation in 2 minutes time.

Each group may have maximum THREE (3) presenters.

Theme :

Indonesian common traveller disease

Objective :

Introduce main problem about Indonesian common traveller

disease

Content :

● Improve a knowledge about indonesian common traveller disease especially for a

traveller

● Introduce one main problem of indonesian common traveller disease and create a

suggestion for solving the problem

● suggest a prevention to avoid thedisease

● Make your presentation short and easy

VIDEO COMPETITION GUIDELINES

Objectives:

To encourage awareness regarding Traveller Common Diseases and the important role played

by public

health in our day to day life.

Guidelines:

Provide a brief introduction on the disease(s)

Introduce the background of the targeted community

Illustrate any of the following but not limited to

The prevalence of the problem in your country

The measures to be taken by the individual or the community

The potential impacts of the problem to the community

Criteria for selection:

A maximum of three (3) entries is allowed per University.

The top ten (10) entries based on content (for video) will be given the chance to vote during

the competition for elected be top 3

One group maximum 3 person

Video Requirements :

The entrant retains copyright over their work, but by uploading a video, the entrant grants

permission to IMSTC Unjani 2014 to reproduce the video on any IMSTC Unjani 2014

websites and its events.

Copyright

Every images, music, sounds or videos that included on your video project should be

created by your own. No copyrigthed items on your video.

Your video must not infringe upon any third party rights.

The video must not be produced for any previous video competition

Note :

Submission rules

1. The video must be burned into DVD cassette and submitted on 23rd January, 3.00pm.

Any submission overdue the deadline will be disqualified.

2. Every video must be uploaded into Youtube with keyword ‘IMSTC 2014’ e.g. Unjani

IMSTC 2014.

PHOTOGRAPHY

THEME : Indonesian common traveller disease

TARGET : 29 members of AMSA-Indonesia

OBJECTIVE:Increase awareness and concern to traveler disease for each

individual

CONENT : All about Indonesian common traveller disease

ENTRY REQUIREMENT : Each university may only submit maximum three entries for the

photography competition. This is individual competition.,

The top five (5) entries will be given the chances to present during the conference.

Judging Criteria

ABSTRACT

● Language : English

● Word limit : 400 words (excluding title and author)

● File name : "PhotographyAbstractUniversity"

● Please include the following information:

Name of delegate from each University

Faculty/School of Presenters

Mechanism : It’s like a photography exhibition. The judges will come to your

photo (you should stay on your photo), you will have five minutes for give a short

presentation about your photo, and you will also have five minutes for answer some

questions from the judges. You may use English.

SUBMISSION PROCEDURES AND DEADLINE :

1. Each university may only submit maximum three entries for the photography

competition
