• Through Patient Access you can:

– Book or cancel Appointments

– Order Repeat Medications

– View Summary data (inc immunisations and allergies)

– Access to summary coded record

– Access Test results (to follow)

• Electronic Prescription Service. This is an easy way

to request repeat medications and have them sent directly to a local pharmacist of your choice.

• Web GP – (e-consultations)

To register for Patient Access, ask for an application

form or download one from our website
