1. HIGHLY DURABLE 26 OZ MARINE-GRADE VINYL SKIN Specially treated to be moisture, mildew and UV-ray resistant to ensure protection and longevity

in any climate or environment. In addition, bonded poly-thread stitching and marine-grade corrosion-proof zippers ensure all seams withstand long-term use. The HEATSHIELD™ hinge fold is furthermore reinforced by triple stitched laminate to provide extra cover lifter support.

2. MARINE STRENGTH REINFORCED HANDLES Colour-matched twin access marine strength 8” handles are hand sewn into the main seam structure

with quintuple stitched reinforcement to provide maximum strength and durability.

3. TAPERED SLOPE DESIGN A sensible and effective 4” – 3” tapered and beveled design allows rain and moisture drainage.

This style of construction prevents water pooling and water absorption while maintaining lightweight and maneuverability.

4. HIGH DENSITY HEAT-SEALED FOAM CORE INSULATION Precisely constructed with fully encapsulated high-density foam that provides superior insulation value

(up to R14.14 per inch), compressive strength and moisture resistance. It is vacuum and heat sealed in a 6mm poly-envelope moisture barrier to further maximize heat retention and HEATSHIELD™ longevity. Each foam inner has trimmed corners at a 6-inch radius to securely seal each corner for a snug fit.

5. 20 GAUGE ALUMINUM REINFORCED CENTRE SUPPORT RIB Lightweight, extra strength and corrosion proof C-Channels to ensure the structural integrity

for the life of the hot tub cover under all conditions, even under the weight of snow load.

6. CONTINUOUS HEAT BUMPER SEAL The Heat Bumper Seal is a continuous nylon web-reinforced compression barrier that is pinched

between both sides of the cover to prevent heat loss and lock in steam. Beachcomber’s attention to detail is personified in this little known step in HEATSHIELD™ construction. The Heat Bumper Seal is further capped at each end with compression caps called Steam Sealers™, further preventing heat loss and maximizing the energy efficiency of your Beachcomber Hot Tub.

7. 15OZ LAMINATED KREVLONTM INTERIOR LINER This laminated double ply Krevlon™ barrier is on the underside of the HEATSHIELD™ and is

moisture and mildew resistant. It acts as a vapour barrier for the poly-sealed foam inserts and is also equipped with integrated drain grommets that allow moisture to drain away and not get trapped while maintaining optimal strength and durability.

8. VACUUM SEAL TOP LIP DESIGN

A sealed barrier between the lip of the hot tub and the hot tub cover prevents entry or exit of air or moisture, conserving valuable heat. A heavy-duty custom-fitted 10.2 cm perimeter skirt wraps around the entire hot tub to ensure an airtight seal at the lip for maximum energy efficiency, protection against environmental contaminants and to beautify your hot tub when not in use.

COVER CAREKeep your HEATSHIELD™ cover clean as often as necessary by washing with mild soap and rinsing with clean water before applying COVER CARE.

COVER CARE is a concentrated, EcoLogo® certified, liquid revitalizer and UV protectant that is ideal for all types of hot tub covers, as well as vinyl products around the home, including patio furniture and vinyl on vehicles.

Warning: never use solvent, alcohol, silicone or petroleum based products, abrasive cleaners, or strong detergents.

HURRICANE STRAPS (OPTIONAL)Every HEATSHIELD™ comes with four integrated lockdown straps to prevent entry by pets and young children. An optional colour coded strap to match your HEATSHIELD™ is available to use as a secondary safety measure to ensure your cover stays on your hot tub during wind storms. It can also be utilized as a secondary safety strap to help thwart children or unwanted intruders from entering.


LIFT ‘N’ STORETM

The Original LIFT ‘N’ STORE™ cover lifter is a simple and convenient way to lift and store your HEATSHIELD™ cover quickly and get it out of the way. This clever cantilever design is affixed to the bottom of the hot tub skirt or to the deck surface on recessed tubs and allows for easy maneuverability and trouble-free use.
