Baby Care Services Baby Care Centers: Disneyland® Park: Located at the northeast end of Main Street, U.S.A., next to First Aid. Disney California Adventure® Park: Located in Pacific Wharf District. Nursing areas, bottle warming, changing areas, a training potty and a variety of baby sundries are available. Babysitting: The Resort does not offer babysitting services. For a list of licensed sitters, Resort Hotel Guests may ask a Cast Member for assistance. Changing Tables: Located in major women’s and men’s rest rooms. Diaper Machines/Packages: Available in most major rest rooms for a nominal charge. Multi-pack diapers available at Baby Care Centers. Child Activity Center: (Resort Hotels Guests only) Pinocchio’s Workshop gives children (ages 5 – 12) a place to enjoy activities (arts & crafts, storytelling, videos, computer games), while their parents enjoy the Resort. Hours: 17:00 - 24:00 daily. Prices: $13 per hour (two-hour minumum; snacks provided; additional $6 fee for optional dinner). Reservations are accepted up to two months in advance. Breastfeeding Policy It is lawful for Guests to breastfeed in any location, public and private in Resort. Cast Members should not approach the Guest even if other Guests complain. If a Cast Member is approached by a Guest as to where they can breastfeed, they can inform the Guests that breastfeeding is allowed anywhere in the Resort. When Guests check in at the restaurant, they will be seated at the next available table for their party size, usually within 15 minutes. Guests are encouraged to make priority seating arrangements as itmay signifi cantly reduce their wait time, however walk-ins may be available (space permitting).     Disneys FASTPASS ServiceDisneys FASTPASS service is easy to use AND cuts the wait time on the most popular attractions. Its included in the Guests theme park admission - all they need is their ticket. Heres how it works: 1. The Guest inserts their park entrance ticket in the Disneys FASTPASS

    station at a participating attraction. 2. The Guest will receive a Disneys FASTPASS return time - then they can go

    play in the park instead of waiting in line. 3. The Guest comes back to the Disneys FASTPASS return lane at their

    return time and hops on the attraction with little or no wait; to fi ndout when the Guest can get their next Disneys FASTPASS ticket, they simply look on the one they currently hold.

Special Assistance: Guests with disabilities who need assistance in planning their day may visit either City Hall (DLP) or the Guest Relations Lobby (DCA) and a Cast Member will assist them.Boarding Procedures: Some attraction queues cannot accommodate Guests using a wheelchair or ECV. These attractions have auxiliary entrances intended to off er these Guests (and those with service animals), a more convenient entrance to the attraction. Guests should follow procedures outlined in the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities.The Disneyland Resort also off ers these services to Guests with disabilities: Informational sheets for specifi c assistance for Guests, Ipod Audio tours, assistive listening systems, braille guidebooks, video captioning, ECVs, refl ective captioning, hand-held captioning, sign language interpretation, TTY phones, wheelchairs and written aids. These may be obtained at any Guest Services location.Rest Rooms: Most rest rooms throughout the Disneyland Resort have facilities designed with access for Guests using wheelchairs and ECVs.Companion Rest Rooms: For Guests requiring the assistance of a companion, companion rest rooms can be found in the following locations:

    Service Animals: Welcome in most locations at the Resort, however, animals must remain on a harness/leash at all times, except when in Guest rooms at Resort Hotels. Please see attractions Cast Member for specifi c attraction requirements for service animals.Transportation (Courtesy Vans): Provides Guests with disabilites transportation to and from the Main Entrance and the Mickey & Friends parking lot between 09:00-14:00 and 16:30-22:00. Vans are located at the tram stops. If one is not readily available, Resort Transportation and Parking Cast Members can call for a Courtesy Van. Guests using wheelchairs may also board the Parking Lot Trams by using wheelchair ramps located at the tram stops during all operating hours.Audio Description Service: available at City Hall in Disneyland Park and at the Guest Relations Lobby in Disney California Adventure Park and require a $25 refundable deposit.

    Disneyland Kennel ClubDaily boarding for any non-poisonous creature. Opens 30 minutes before Disneyland Park opening; closes 30 minutes after Disneyland Park closing. $20 per pet, per day. Cash or VISA accepted. Food and water are available upon request. Guests may exercise their pet in the courtyard in back.     LockersLockers are available on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis. Lockers can run out on busy days. When all facilities are full, Guests will be advised to leave articles in their vehicles.     Charging lockers available on Main Street, U.S.A. Eighteen electronic-charging lockers will now be available on Main Street, U.S.A behind the Market House for a two dollar fee per hour. Guests may choose a locker that is equipped with a 120 volt outlet or a universal charging cable. The space can accommodate items the size of a laptop or small video camera. This new off ering is still in the testing phase and is subject to change.

    Lost Children/GuestsUnder the age of 12: Guests are escorted to Lost Children next to First Aid inside Disneyland Park or the Baby Care Center in the Pacifi c Wharf Area at Disney California Adventure Park. Internal radio ALL CALLS are made for all lost children.Disneyland Park: Lost Children- northeast corner of Main Street, U.S.A.     Lost & FoundGuest Pick-Up:Guests looking for lost items should be sent directly to the Guest Services building located west fot he Disneyland Park entrance to fi ll out a report. Please do not send Guests to City Hall or the Guest Relations Lobby.Please do not inform Guests about the status of their lost item. It takes time for items to reach Resort Lost & Found, therefore, the Guests item may not be there immediately.Guests may call Resort Lost & Found at (714) 817-2166 regarding the status of their item between the hours of 10:30 - 18:00.Cast Member Drop-Off : Disneyland Park items may be dropped off in bins behind City Hall near the Guest Relations Phone Room, Winston Gate or by the Toontown breakroom and Cast restrooms. Please take cell phones,wallets, cameras, or any other valuables and/or breakables to the City Hall back offi ce. Disney California Adventure Park items may be dropped off at Resort Lost & Found via the Backstage entrance behind Disney California Adventure Park Guest Relations or in the Paradise Pier drop off bin located past the DCA Costuming kbuilding. Please do not drop items of monetary value or breakables in the bin. Please do not access either of these areas from On Stage.

    RESORT HOTELS Lost & FoundGuest Pick-Up:Disneyland Hotel - Guests can be sent to the Lost & Found location via the elevators in the Fantasy Tower to retrieve items.Disneys Grand Californian Hotel & Spa/Disneys Paradise Pier Hotel - Since these Lost & Found locations are Backstage, Guests should be advised to retrieve their belongings from the Guest Service Desk and a Cast Member can pick up the item from Lost & Found.Drop-Off :Disneyland Hotel (8236-1350) - Turn into Lost & Found, located in the Fantasy Tower in the lower level lobby from 09:00 - 17:30 daily.Disneys Pardise Pier Hotel (8493-5454) - Turn into Lost & Found, located on the second fl oor Backstage from 09:00 - 17:30 daily. Disneys Grand Californian Hotel & Spa (8436-1051) - Turn into Lost & Found, located next to Housekeeping on the lower level between the hours of 09:00 - 17:30 daily. After hours items can be turned into Housekeeping.

    Disneyland Resort ParkingGeneral: Mickey & Friends Parking Structure generally opens one hour prior to Disneyland Park opening. Overnight parking is not permitted in any Resort parking lot.Theme Parks: $15 - Automobiles and motorcycles $20 - RVs, limos, extended cabs, vans$25 - Busses and semi-trucksDowntown Disney District: The Downtown Disney lot is for Guests visiting any of the shops or restaurants in the Downtown Disney District and is always open.Guests looking for Theme Park parking should park at the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure.

    If Guests dine at a Resort Hotel or a Downtown Disney District restaurant and obtain validation from the restaurant, they can park for up to fi ve hours for free.Valet Parking - Flat $6 fee plus the regular hourly rate. Does not include gratuity to valet runners. Hours: Mon-Sat: 5p-2a, Sun: 9:30a-2aSelf Parking - Your fi rst three hours of parking at the Downtown Disney District are free. An additional two hours can be validated at AMC Theatres and at table-service dining restaurants. After that, its $6 for each additional hour, charged in 20-minute increments.Parking for Guests with Disabilities - Guests with disabilities will fi nd convenient parking in the fi rst row in the Downtown Disney District north lot near Rainforest Caf and in the fi rst aisle in the Simba Lot to the south near Disneys Paradise Pier Hotel.

    Resort Hotel Parking: Resident Hotel Guests Self Parking - Self parking fee of $15 per night covers up to two vehicles. A charge of $15 per car/per night will be added for additional vehicles. Oversized vehicles included.Valet - $22 per car/per night. Visiting Day Hotel Guests Self Parking -$15 fi rst hour, $9 each hour after ($52 max per day)Valet with Validation - Guests who are dining at the table service restaurants in a hotel will receive up to fi ve hours of complimentary valet with restaurant validation. After fi ve hours, valet is $22 and self parking price is listed above. Oversize Vehicle - parking is located in the Magic Lot at the Disneyland Hotel for Guests from all hotels. Bell & Valet services will assist the Guests with transportation/luggage handling if they are parking in Magic Lot.
