If you wish to employ the services of your own external caterer for Food or Beverages, other than the Official Show Caterer, you must purchase the correct Permit and comply with E-Guide Rules and
Regulations requested by AECC.
Food permits will only be issued to registered food businesses to ensure full compliance with the new allergen labelling legislation Dec 2014.
Beverage permits will only be issued with a valid personal license or certificate to comply with the minimum training to dispense alcohol in Scotland.
Failure to comply will result in your Catering Facility being removed. The permit will only be issued providing all requirements under Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations are in place. AECC are
part of the events industry e-guide to which full compliance is required. Full details can be found at www.towercatering.co.uk
Please note that a Permit is only required should you wish to supply your own catering.
There are 3 Permits available Beverage Permit, Food Permit and a Full Permit.
Permits must be purchased before Monday 12th August 2015. No late applications will be permitted.
