As in the case of Hootsuite for general social networks, it is a question of ensuring the security, transfer andproper administration of the profiles opened onYoutube, Linkedin and Slideshare without havingto access their websites directly.

FireUploader is the Firefox extension that works as an FTP and allows videos, photos and presentations to be posted and their editing managed (uploading a few at a time, editing the tags, description, etc.).

B. The DGAC offers the administrators network the Style and usage guide of the Government of Catalonia’s social networks.

C. The support service is organised in the community of practice (CoP) format among the people making up the gencat team editing the institution's presence on social networks. Similarly, the DGAC provides mentoring with people it chooses in the CoP to accompany the processes that are in the earlierstages.
