‘NACOPRAYOGSHALA’  

Background • This  web‐based  tool  captures  the  data  of  PT‐RT  from  the 

standalone ICTCs (SA‐ICTC) participating in EQAS to SRLs. • This  tool  has  been  developed  using  the  Hypertext 

Preprocessor (PHP) and MySQL. • Through this tool the SRLs, NRLs, APEX Lab, SACS and NACO 

will be able to view and assess data on the status of PT‐RT participation.  

• This will also help in generating aggregated information on participation  and  performance  and  plot  the  graphs  in dashboard.  

• The  tool  has  been  piloted  at  SRLs  located  in  Byramjee Jeejeebhoy  Government  Medical  College,  Pune, Maharashtra and Gandhi Medical College, Secunderabad.

Pre‐requisite for using PT and RT TOOL 

• A Computer/Laptop with minimum 1 mbps speed Internet connection.

There are three tools available at the home page of the nacoprayogshala.

First time user have to first click on Register . This will allow you to register and create user ID and password.

STEP 2: REGISTRATION

In order to get the User ID and password for respective facility, the labs are required to register in. First click on Registation, this will allow you to register and create user ID and password. Only registered users can access the tool.  It is one time activity.  Registration is one time activity.  It will generate user ID and Password If you are ICTC, Click on ICTC icon for registration

 Enter SIMS Code (unique code allotted to your laboratory used for SIMS entry (For Ex. 700034) (the SIMS code automatically become your user Id)

Each ICTC has to register to use this tool. All fields are to be filled for information. Field with  * mark are mandatory fields. Submit once you complete.

From here, SRL can check the list of ICTC and their registration status. This also sows the total number 

of ICTCs under SRL and total functional SRLs.
