While applying for consent for mobile drilling rigs, the Operator is expected toinclude the information as mentioned below. Items, of Schedule IV / Schedule
V, which are not covered below are self explanatory.
In case of the information, which is provided in soft copy form in !"#, it$slocation should be clearly specified by giving the file name, section/sub%section
no. and page no. against the item no. in Schedule IV / Schedule V.

&he Safety 'anagement System S'S# should include the following criticalelements (

In case of hired rig/company owned rig on O0' contract, S'S document ofboth the company and the contractor to be provided.

Well control manual, including information regarding establishing and

with contingency plans to restore barriers.

&hese include interface management between rig and platform when rig isdeployed on a production platform# % helicopter operation, crane operation,
vessel movement, diving operation etc in the vicinity of the rig.
On a rig, on stand alone basis li3e on an exploratory location / sub%sea well#,the precautions to be ta3en during operations li3e helicopter movement, vessel
movement, diving etc which fall under the ambit of simultaneous operations#are to be documented and be part of the operating procedures manual under
S'S. !opies of such procedures are to be submitted.
