1 SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH.Please drive carefully and watch out for low limbs, sewer caps, hose bibs, bikes, small animals, and children of various sizes.

2 CHECK IN & CHECK OUTFor Tents & RV Sites:OUT = 12:00 (noon) & IN = 2:00 PMFor all other lodging:OUT = 11:00 AM & IN = 3:00 PMIf you need to make special arrangements, please check with the office—we’ll do the best we can.

3 QUIET TIME IS 10PM - 8AMChildren under 18 must be at their site by 10 PM or under adult supervision. Have fun—just do it quietly!

7 CURBSIDE TRASH PICK-UP—WE RECYCLE!We sort for recycling, just place your trash curbsideand we’ll pick it up!

4 POOL IS OPEN 8AM–9PM (IN SEASON)There is no lifeguard. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Posted rules must be followed (that’s State Law). Good times are encouraged (that’s Campground Law).

6 PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE WITH PETS Pets are allowed off-leash only in Dog Park. Please do not leave them outside unattended.

5 GAME ROOM HOURS ARE 8AM–9PM(Most of the time.)

8 SEWER LINES MUST BE CAPPEDKeep the stink away! Lines should be capped unless connected to a sewer line or approved container.

9 PARK FACILITIES & GUESTSPark facilities are for registered guests only. Please have your guests check in at the office. If they will beusing the facilities, there may be a per-person charge.

10 WASH & REPAIRWashing and repairing vehicles at your site is notrecommended. Check with the office for options.

ANYTHING & EVERYTHING ELSECan be worked out with the manager or the office. If it’s after hours call 575-302-3808 (or 911 for emergencies).

YES! WE DO SELL PROPANE8AM–3PM. After hour propane (if available) may require minimum.

YES! WiFi IS FREE!Login is sacwest. See SiteMap for HotSpot locations.

YES! WE HAVE CABLE (IN MOST SITES)Set your TV menu to receive STD Cable and use Auto Channel Search. Be sure that the Antenna Booster is off.

YES! WE HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES8AM–9PM. Please have laundry completed by closing.

YES! WE DO HAVE A MAXIMUM STAYFor tents and lodging it’s a 7 day max. RV Sites offer a 28 day rate—renewable for a 6-consecutive-stay max.

SORRY SWIMMING IN THE LAKE IS NO FUNLake Washington is an overflow pond for heavy winter rains. It’s pretty, but very muddy! Please do not get in that lake.

YES! THE FISHING IS GREATNo fishing license required. Float your bait to keep it out of the mud...there’s lots of crawdaddys in there!
