Upwey House Welcome to Upwey House. We do hope you enjoy your stay. In this booklet you will find information on how things work, things to do within the house and around the grounds, local tourist attractions and our favourite beaches and pubs/restaurants. We love Upwey House and are delighted to be able to open it up to you, our guests, so that you can share in its rich history. As you will be able to read in our separate book about that history, Upwey House was originally conceived by the Gould family as a country retreat where they could relax and entertain their friends and family surrounded by the stunning Dorset countryside. We invite you to continue that tradition. For your convenience we’ve divided this booklet into three sections.
