Science for everyone APA was one of three winning firms in an international exhibit design competition for the proposed Guangdong Science Center.

As part of the winning submission, our firm created concepts and designs for five large exhibition galleries. In the Science Detective gallery, visitors solve a set of mysteries related to crime, archeology and nature. The Dream of Space Flight gallery inspires the next generation to engage in space exploration. In the The Eye Wide Opener gallery, visitors explore surprising phenomena that they cannot see with the unaided eye. They tinker, play and use their imaginations to create their own inventions in the Invention and Design gallery, which recreates inventors’ workshops and features experimentation stations with very unusual inventions and live multimedia presentations. In the fifth exhibit area, the Children’s Gallery, kids embark on exciting voyages of discovery, from the familiar setting of a home to the hostile environment of Earth’s highest mountains, and from dense rainforests to vast open grasslands.
